1. VillaAman.com.au site status

VillaAman.com.au is a marketing referral site for the property Villa Aman and all pricing, transactions, bookings, and booking terms related with the booking are noted on the transacting site https://www.hiapartments.com.au.   

Access to the Villa Aman transacting site for booking happens once the Book Villa Aman button is clicked on the product page https://villaaman.com.au/product/book-villa-aman/

The same applies to any other service, cruise or booking accessed via this marketing site, the agreement, transaction, payment, terms and conditions are with the landing site for the service chosen where the transaction takes place.

2. Villa Aman Deposit 

Upon booking Villa Aman at the booking site, a $1000 deposit is taken upon booking with the final payment being due 3 weeks prior to the arrival date.

3. Cancellation Policy

If the booking is cancelled 6 weeks or prior to your arrival date, the deposit is fully refundable.

If the booking is cancelled 3 – 6 weeks prior to your arrival date, the deposit is non-refundable.

If the booking is cancelled 3 weeks or less before your arrival date a 100% cancellation fee applies.
